My relationship with animals started at a very young age. My parents bought me my first puppy when I was about 2 years old and I was obsessed. 

The first was a Samoyed puppy but he didn't stay very long. Between me and my sister, my parents had more then they could handle. My chagrin was intense and within that year they blessed me with Sandy a golden colored Cocker Spaniel. I LOVED her so much !! Yet again soon enough she needed a new home but luckily for me this time it was with my aunt who lived in the country and who I visited quite often. I didn't get another dog until I was a little older, around 8 or 9 years old. This time it was a little multi colored Poodle puppy we named Pepper. My deep love of Poodles was born ! Pepper was smart as a wip, loyal, loving and attentive. I have shared my life with dogs ever since but it was only in 2013 that I was reacquainted with Poodles. I had many dogs in between, I had been married, divorced, had 3 of my 4 children, showed dogs professionally, had been breeding dogs since 1994, each and every one of them teaching me beyond the reach of dog husbandry. While working at a Veterinarian Hospital, a great fascination of genetics and animal medicine was also born.

All my life experiences have molded me into the person I am today. I do not imagine myself outside this lifestyle. Although this lifestyle can push you to the very root of your core, have you experience the profoundest of pains, the profound pure joy I feel caring for my dogs makes all the hardship worth it.....
